"Pretty Annoying in the End"
In the end, I was frustrated. I went in hoping I’d be able to customize things the way I wanted, but there just weren’t enough options. It felt way more limited than I expected

"Payment worked, but was it supposed to be that slow??"
I ordered from Folders.com and overall it was fine, but the payment part was a little awkward. My card did go through, but the page took a while to load and for a minute I was like, did that actually work?? I got the confirmation shortly after, so it ended up being okay. Not a bad experience, just wish checkout felt a bit smoother.

"Folders were okay, but shipping took too long"
The Folders.com themselves are fine and pretty much what I expected. The annoying part was the delivery showing up two days late, and the tracking barely updated, so I had no real idea what was going on. I get that delays happen, but a little better tracking would be common sense. Not a terrible experience, just frustrating.

"Not What I Thought I Ordered"
I ordered blue Folders.com, but what showed up was a mix of random colors and sizes. I had to double-check my order because I thought maybe I messed something up, but nope, I’m sure I ordered blue ones. Kind of disappointing since it wasn’t what I needed
"Proofing Felt Like More Work Than It Should’ve"
The proofing process was kind of a hassle. It moved way too slowly and wasn’t very clear, so I ended up feeling like I had to figure out half of it myself. Not sure who dropped the ball there, but it definitely made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Shipping took too long"
My order just took way longer than the shipping estimate, and I didn’t really get much clear information while I was waiting. It was just frustrating not knowing when the Folders.com were actually going to show up.
By the time they finally arrived, I already needed them for something else, so it was disappointing. I probably wouldn’t order again unless the shipping gets a lot better...

The box arrived completely crushed, and this is where it got annoying—the Folders.com inside were bent because the packaging was so bad. They’re still usable, but definitely not in the condition I expected.

I had to redo everything from scratch when placing the same order again, which was frustrating. It feels like an avoidable hassle and definitely not convenient.

I was expecting something a little sturdier, but the paper feels thin and cheap. Not exactly the premium feel I had in mind, unless “barely there” is the new standard.

I checked out folders.com expecting a decent bunch of templates to choose from, but the selection was giving “forgotten office drawer” energy. A lot of it felt limited and a bit dated, like the “fresh designs” were taking the decade off. I spent way too long trying to find something even close to what I had in mind before finally giving up and looking somewhere else...

"Color seemed different"
I ordered what was supposed to be dark green folders, but when they arrived they looked more teal to me. I guess it could’ve been my screen or the lighting, so I can’t say for sure, but the photos on the site looked way different from what I received. I reached out to customer service and didn’t really get much help. I probably wouldn’t order again if the exact color really matters.

"Decent folders, but the bulk order experience was frustrating"
The folders themselves looked nice overall, and I was hoping this would be an easy bulk order. Unfortunately, the shipment arrived late, and a few of the folders were bent when they got here. I also had to wait way too long to get a response from support, which made the whole thing more frustrating. I do think the product could be good if everything arrives in proper shape, but after this experience, I probably won’t be ordering from them again.

"Not really worth the money"
The folders were fine, but they felt way too expensive for what I got. Shipping wasn’t cheap either, and having to wait around for them just made it more frustrating. I’m sure I could’ve found something similar somewhere else for less. I won’t be buying these again.

"Why did these folders fall apart so fast??"
I bought a pack of these for work, i expected them to hold up better. After just about a week, the corners started splitting, and the tabs bent way too easily. For something meant to be used every day, that’s disappointing?? Definitely not something I’d buy again for regular office use.

"Uploading my artwork felt way more frustrating than it should’ve"
I tried uploading my artwork, and it was such a headache. The page kept freezing or throwing random errors even though the file was totally fine on my end. After a while, I started wondering if I was doing something wrong or if the site just wasn’t as reliable as it seemed, which made me feel like I might’ve been fooled into expecting something smoother. I wasted way too much time on it and eventually just gave up. Definitely not the experience I was expecting.

I was planning to order folders from here, but the prices just felt too high to me. I’ve ordered from a few other sites before, and compared to those, this didn’t seem like the best deal. The shipping cost made it even harder to justify. The quality might be good, but for my budget, it just didn’t really make sense

I ordered these folders for a small client meeting, they were disappointing. The colors looked dull, the edges weren’t very clean, and the whole thing just felt cheap. Isn’t the point of presentation folders to make your business look more polished?
Even the designs on the website felt a bit outdated, which should’ve been my first clue, right? For something meant for a business meeting, I expected a much sharper, more professional look. I don’t see myself using them again.
